What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You can also pay in four with Afterpay. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Do you offer a discount for first orders?
Yes — sign up to our email list and we’ll send you 10% off your first order with the code BOLD10.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get orders out, so contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide and worldwide — including the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, the EU and much of Asia.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Australian orders: standard $11 (3–5 business days) or express $15 (1–2 business days), and free standard shipping on orders over $100. International orders: a flat $20, arriving in around 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
For supported regions, any duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. You’ll also receive tracking once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You can return unworn swimwear within 30 days, with the hygiene liner and all tags intact. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item is faulty?
If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Bold Bikini runs true to standard Australian sizing (XS–XL on selected styles). Match your body measurements using our Size Guide & Fit Finder for the perfect fit.
What if I’m between sizes?
Size up for more coverage or a relaxed fit — especially for bottoms. Size down for a snugger triangle top. Your hip measurement is the best guide for bottoms; your bust for tops.
Product care
How should I care for my swimwear?
Rinse in cold water after each wear, hand wash gently and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing, machine drying and prolonged contact with sunscreen, chlorine and rough surfaces to keep the fabric and shape lasting longer.
