Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and the hygiene liner still attached, in its original packaging.

Swimwear & hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, please try swimwear on over your own underwear. We cannot accept returns where the protective hygiene liner has been removed, or where items show signs of wear, makeup, fake tan or deodorant.

Final sale

Items marked "Final Sale" and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with instructions within 1-2 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size or style is to start a return and place a new order. Prefer a direct swap? Contact us and we'll arrange it, subject to availability.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to repair or replacement if goods are not of acceptable quality. These rights apply in addition to our change-of-mind policy above.
